Rheal vs Emerald Supergreens: one scoop vs a shelf of products

Emerald Nutrition

Last checked 4 October 2026.

Rheal Clean Greens is eight ingredients in a heaped teaspoon. Emerald Supergreens is 60 ingredients on the label in one 12 g scoop: greens, grasses, fruits and vegetables, 24 vitamins and minerals, functional mushrooms, adaptogens, plant fibre, live cultures and digestive enzymes. One is a greens powder. The other is a morning routine in one step.

So the real question is not "which greens powder is cheaper". It is: do you want a greens powder, or do you want everything you would otherwise stack beside it? If it is greens only, Rheal is the better buy and we say so below. If it is the full stack, this page shows what that stack costs on Rheal's own site, with the working.

Graphic comparing one Emerald Supergreens scoop, 60 ingredients at £1.67 a day on subscription, with four separate Rheal products at £2.53 a day for the first three subscription orders.

The short version

  • 60 ingredients on the Supergreens label (24 of them vitamins and minerals), against 8 on Rheal's page. Seven of Rheal's eight are in the Pineapple Supergreens label too.
  • 24 vitamins and minerals declared per serving, against four nutrients on Rheal's Clean Greens panel, which are declared per 100 g and none of which is listed as an added ingredient.
  • Mushrooms, adaptogens, live cultures, digestive enzymes and plant fibre, all in the scoop. Rheal sells mushroom, adaptogen and live-culture products separately. We found no digestive-enzyme product on its site.
  • The closest Rheal route is four products: £95 one-off against £59.99 for one pouch of Supergreens. Priced from Rheal's own pages, with the working shown below.
  • One pouch, one scoop, £1.67 a day on Subscribe & Save, with a Welcome Kit worth £24.99 on your first order.

Prices and terms change often. Sources and dates are at the foot of this page. "Ingredients on the label" for Supergreens is the label's own count of 60, which lists each vitamin and mineral form separately and includes the flavouring, acidity regulator and sweetener; the Rheal count is its eight listed foods. *Rheal's ingredient panel names acerola cherry and its "Certified Organic" line names camu camu berry in the same slot; either way it lists eight.

What is actually in the scoop

A wider spectrum of greens, fruits and vegetables. Rheal's eight foods are a good short list. Pineapple Supergreens carries seven of them (everything except acerola) and then keeps going: alfalfa, kale, broccoli, spinach, beetroot, apple, açai, matcha, Haskapa® haskap berries and Seagreens® seaweed, all on the label.

A vitamin and mineral foundation, not a footnote. Rheal's Clean Greens panel declares four nutrients, per 100 g of powder. Scale them to a 5 g serving and you get the figures below, set beside the Supergreens label. Supergreens declares 24 vitamins and minerals per 12 g serving, most of them at 50% of the reference intake. Here are the four nutrients both labels declare, serving against serving.

The four nutrients both labels declare, per serving
Per serving Rheal Clean Greens (5 g, our arithmetic from its per-100 g panel) Emerald Supergreens (12 g, label)
Vitamin C about 22.8 mg (about 28% of the reference intake) 40 mg (50%)
Calcium about 22 mg (about 3%) 120 mg (15%)
Iron about 1.6 mg (about 11%) 7 mg (50%)
Vitamin B6 about 0.04 mg (about 3%) 0.7 mg (50%)
Fibre about 1.6 g 2.4 g

The other 20 (vitamins A, D, E, K1, K2, B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, B9 and B12; boron, chromium, copper, iodine, magnesium, manganese, selenium and zinc) are on the Supergreens label and not on Rheal's Clean Greens panel. (The percentages are Rheal's own per-100 g percentages divided by 20, which is what a 5 g serving is.)

Named actives, with amounts printed. KSM-66® ashwagandha, reishi, lion's mane, cordyceps, Korean ginseng, açai, matcha, CoQ10, choline, Bacillus coagulans and the DigeZyme® enzyme blend each have their amount or specification printed on the Supergreens label (the greens, fruit and vegetable powders are listed without individual amounts). These are ingredient facts, not promises: read the label, see the milligrams.

What you would need to buy separately to match one scoop of Supergreens

We found no multivitamin greens powder in Rheal's product list, so there is no single Rheal product to compare. The closest way to cover the same categories from Rheal's own range is four products. Prices below are from Rheal's product pages, read on 4 October 2026.

Closest Rheal products to the categories in one scoop of Supergreens, Rheal's own site, 4 October 2026
Category Rheal product What its page lists One-off Subscription (first three orders)
Greens Clean Greens 8 greens and fruit powders; 5 g serving £25 £20
Fibre and live cultures Pre + Probiotic Lactospore® (Bacillus coagulans, 10 billion live cultures), golden kiwi, ginger extract, Aquamin® F calcium, zinc carnosine; 60 capsules, 30 servings £30 £24
Adaptogens Balance Tonic (Cycle; a Menopause version is also listed) KSM-66® ashwagandha, maca, hibiscus, blueberry, baobab, vitamin B6, zinc, biotin (no amounts shown); 5 g serving. Rheal markets it for the menstrual cycle £25 £20
Functional mushroom Shroom Coffee Organic instant Arabica coffee, lion's mane (250 mg listed), maca; 2.5 g serving, 50 mg caffeine per cup £15 £12
Rheal total 4 separate products £95 £76
Emerald Supergreens 1 pouch 60 ingredients, 24 vitamins and minerals, 12 g, one scoop £59.99 £49.99

The maths, shown. Each of the four Rheal products is 30 servings on the figures on its page, and a Supergreens pouch is 30 servings.

Cost of 30 servings: Rheal stack of four vs one pouch of Supergreens, 4 October 2026
30 servings Rheal stack Supergreens Difference
One-off £95.00 (£3.17 a day) £59.99 (£2.00 a day) £35.01
Subscription, first three orders £76.00 (£2.53 a day) £49.99 (£1.67 a day) £26.01
Subscription, ongoing (our arithmetic: 15% off the one-off prices) £80.75 (£2.69 a day) £49.99 (£1.67 a day) £30.76

Buy that stack one-off twelve times and, at today's prices, the gap is £420.12.

How we built this basket. It is our basket, not a Rheal bundle: we took the Rheal product that sits closest to each category in one scoop of Supergreens. The formulas are not identical, and in two places Rheal's listed amounts are higher than ours: 10 billion live cultures in Pre + Probiotic against 1 billion CFU in a Supergreens scoop, and 250 mg of lion's mane listed on the Shroom Coffee page (it does not say whether that is powder or extract) against 150 mg of extract in Supergreens. We priced single products at the one-off and subscription prices on Rheal's pages. Rheal also lists multi-buy and three-month options (three months of Clean Greens is £67.50, for example) that we have not applied, so check its site. Swap Pre + Probiotic for Rheal's Gut Feel (£25, six food ingredients, no live cultures) and the basket is £90, still £30.01 above one pouch.

Where the value comes from, honestly. Per gram, the one-offs are the same: Rheal Clean Greens is £25 for 150 g and Supergreens is £59.99 for 360 g, about 16.7p a gram each. We are not claiming cheaper powder. The saving is consolidation: if you want what those four Rheal products cover, one scoop of Supergreens costs less than the four, and it gives you one pouch and one scoop instead of four separate products to buy, store and take.

What the Rheal stack still leaves out. In the ingredient lists we read for those four products, we found no added digestive-enzyme blend, no reishi or cordyceps, and no 24-nutrient vitamin and mineral set (Balance Tonic adds vitamin B6, zinc and biotin).

One scoop. One routine. A Welcome Kit to start it.

Mix one 12 g scoop in 250 ml of cold water. That is the whole ritual. The Pineapple and Mango flavours are both £59.99 one-off.

If all you want is greens, buy Rheal

Be clear about what you are buying. If you want a simple greens powder at the lowest price, Rheal Clean Greens is the better buy: £25 against £59.99 one-off, £0.83 a serving against £2.00, and there is less on the label to check. Rheal describes its eight ingredients as "Certified Organic" on its page; Supergreens is not sold as an organic product. Rheal is also sold on Amazon UK as well as its own site, and its subscription includes a free Rheal bottle (RRP £10) per its page.
