Emerald Supergreens and Ignite — the Emerald daily system
AG1 Pro, IM8 & the transparent alternative

AG1 vs IM8 vs Emerald: An Honest UK Greens Comparison (2026)

AG1 and IM8 are the two premium “greens-plus-more” brands UK shoppers compare most. In June 2026 AG1 added a creatine variant — AG1 Pro — moving into territory Emerald already covers with Supergreens and Ignite. Here’s how the three actually compare on what’s disclosed, where it’s made and what it costs, checked 4 August 2026.

What each brand actually is

AG1 & AG1 Pro

AG1 is a US-founded daily greens blend, sold in the UK from drinkag1.com/en-uk at £79/month on subscription (£59 first order only). In June 2026 AG1 launched AG1 Pro — the same base greens blend plus 5 g Creavitalis® creatine monohydrate, 1.5 g Ca-HMB and 75 mg zinc carnosine, sold as 30-count travel packs. As of 4 August 2026, AG1 Pro is not sold in the UK: it doesn’t appear on AG1’s UK site, and AG1’s own terms state it may reject orders outside the United States and may not directly sell certain AG1 products outside the US. Like standard AG1, AG1 Pro’s base blend amounts aren’t disclosed — only the added creatine, Ca-HMB and zinc carnosine are individually dosed.

IM8

IM8 is a US wellness brand built around a “Daily Ultimate Essentials” formula of roughly 90 ingredients, with a UK-facing page promising free shipping and no import duties. IM8 states that every ingredient and dose in its formula is disclosed and third-party tested, and that the formula does not contain creatine. Its US pricing is $89/month on a 30-day subscription (or $112 one-time); we could not independently confirm the GBP price UK shoppers see at checkout, so treat any £ figure as unverified until checked at im8health.com.

Emerald Nutrition Ignite pouch
Emerald — Supergreens & Ignite

Emerald splits the job into two fully-dosed products instead of one blended SKU: Supergreens (greens) and Ignite (performance), so nothing sits inside an undisclosed “base blend.” Supergreens declares all 60 ingredients and 24 vitamins & minerals on the label, with no proprietary blend, blended and packed in the UK in a BRCGS Grade AA certified facility. Ignite carries a full 3 g creatine monohydrate dose alongside 80 mg natural caffeine — also fully dosed, also UK-made.

How the system works: foundation and output

The Emerald system — one calm morning and afternoon ritual

Supergreens is the foundation — your morning, upgraded, with a simple daily ritual of greens, adaptogens, live cultures and 24 vitamins & minerals. Ignite is the output layer — taken when the day demands more, with a full creatine dose, natural dual-source caffeine, electrolytes and focus botanicals. Two lanes, never overlapping: complementary as part of a morning and afternoon ritual, rather than one blended scoop trying to do both jobs at once.

Why transparency matters

A creatine dose stated on the label is only half the picture if it’s added to a base blend that isn’t. AG1 Pro discloses its 5 g creatine, Ca-HMB and zinc carnosine individually — but the rest of the ~85-ingredient serving is described only as a total, not itemised per ingredient. Emerald’s approach doses everything, in both products: 60 ingredients in Supergreens, and the full creatine, caffeine and electrolyte stack in Ignite, with nothing held back as a “blend.” Two honestly-labelled products, or one that discloses part of what’s in the scoop — that’s the actual choice.

Frequently asked

Is there a cheaper alternative to AG1 Pro?
AG1 Pro isn’t currently sold in the UK, so there’s no UK price to compare it against directly. If you want a UK-available, fully-dosed greens-and-creatine option, Emerald’s Supergreens (greens, every dose declared) and Ignite (3 g creatine, fully dosed) are both in stock and UK-made — £79.98/mo together on subscription.
Which greens powder shows every dose?
Emerald Supergreens declares all 60 ingredient doses on the label with no proprietary blend. AG1’s base blend — in both standard AG1 and AG1 Pro — is proprietary and undisclosed. IM8 states it discloses every ingredient and dose, though we haven’t independently verified that claim beyond IM8’s own product page.
Does Emerald contain creatine?
Not in Supergreens — that’s a greens blend. Creatine is in Ignite, a separate product, at a full 3 g daily dose.
Is AG1 Pro available in the UK?
As of 4 August 2026, no. It doesn’t appear on AG1’s UK site, and AG1’s own terms restrict direct sales of certain products outside the United States.
Does IM8 contain creatine?
No — IM8’s own product page lists creatine among the ingredients its formula does not contain.

The beneficial effect of creatine is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g. Caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness and concentration at 75 mg per serving; not suitable for children or pregnant/breastfeeding women.
