One 12 g scoop in 250–300 ml of cold water, mixed well. Best taken in the morning to start the day, but the formula is designed to work at any time. Avoid mixing with hot or highly acidic liquids — this can affect the integrity of the live cultures and some heat-sensitive ingredients.

Yes — almond milk, oat milk, smoothies, or a splash of fruit juice all work. The only thing we advise against is hot or highly acidic liquids. A favourite recipe: 250 ml unsweetened almond milk + 1 scoop Supergreens + ½ banana or ½ cup frozen berries + ½ avocado, blended.

For best results, yes. Supergreens benefits are cumulative and amplify over time, especially once it becomes part of your everyday routine. Most ingredients only earn their place when taken consistently — that's why the foundation lane of the system is built around daily use, not occasional.

Although uncommon, a small percentage of new users may experience temporary stomach adjustment as the body adapts to the prebiotics, probiotics and digestive enzymes. We recommend titrating: start with one teaspoon for four days, then two teaspoons for four days, then a full scoop. Taking it with food may help.
