Shipping within the UK

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with options to upgrade. Our delivery partners will provide you with an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.

Standard - Free:
Allow for 3-4 business days for delivery.

Expedited - £2.95
Allow for 1-2 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number to track your delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt of delivery.

Please note EMERALD NUTRITION Ltd cannot issue a refund on orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided. EMERALD NUTRITION Ltd will endeavour to change the shipping address prior to shipment where possible but this cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders & Shipping

We currently ship internationally to most countries. All orders are processed from the UK and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and will be estimated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We strive to offer the most reliable and cost-effective international shipping options available.

Import Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

Please note: All international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees charged by your country’s customs office upon arrival. These charges are:

  • Not included in the product or shipping prices.
  • The responsibility of the customer.
  • Determined by your local government—we unfortunately have no control over these fees or their amounts.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Refused Shipments or Unpaid Duties

If you refuse a shipment due to unpaid duties or taxes, the package may be returned to us or disposed of by local authorities. In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping and any additional fees may be deducted from your refund (if the item is returned in resellable condition).

Order not received? Please review the below:

1. Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
2. Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbor or in a safe place, like a porch or garage.
3. Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery, or to arrange collection of the package.

Emerald Nutrition 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Emerald Nutrition, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to first-time orders of Emerald Nutrition products.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must return the product whether it has been opened or unopened, along with the original packaging.
  • Only purchases made directly from www.emerald-nutrition.com are eligible. If you purchased through a retailer, please refer to their return policy.
  • For orders containing multiple units, only one opened unit will be eligible for a refund. Any additional units must remain unopened and returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Emerald Nutrition Ltd cannot issue refunds for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer. While we will do our best to update an address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@emerald-nutrition.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Purchase date
    • A brief reason for your return
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable service and share the tracking number with us. Please note, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the product to us.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable shipping costs.
  • If your order included a subscription, returning one product does not cancel future shipments. Please manage your subscription separately if needed.
  • Order Cancellations: Customers can cancel their order any time before shipment. However, once the order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, the customer can initiate a return upon delivery by following the steps above.

4. Exclusions & Special Conditions

  • Trial offers, sample packs, and promotional items are non-refundable.
  • The 30-day guarantee only applies to your first order / once per customer.
  • All complimentary items (such as the Emerald Nutrition scoop and shaker bottle) are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees and return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
